Digital Transformation is a race. Businesses find it difficult to keep up with the rapidly changing tech landscape. Traditional teams are finding it difficult to cooperate with digital teams. True Digital Transformation Shouldn’t Be So Harsh… This is where our services become indispensable. We offer Digital Transformation services not in the form of a rat race- but something that supports the businesses. We believe, companies should not reshape themselves to accommodate Digital Transformation, rather, Digital Transformation should be reshaped to accommodate the specific needs of any business. That’s where our ideas are differentiated. Innovation As far as innovation is concerned, our approach of mapping technology upgrades with customer satisfaction helps us a lot in identifying our roadmap. For example, when a company approached us to find out a way to organise emails from different freight forwarders, we could have easily used our already existing RPA bots to solve the issue. But that would mean that partners of our clients would be forced to use specific software. That would have been counterproductive. So we created a low code solution that forwarded all the shipping related email to our client’s Microsoft Teams messaging platform in a neatly organised way. This solution didn’t require the client’s shipping partner to use any separate technology. Improvement The beauty of the Factory Model lies in the fact that the underlying technologies of our solutions are already rigorously tested. These technologies are backwards compatible, meaning, even if they are upgraded our solutions can keep on running. We can then upgrade our solutions based on the upgrades received by the underlying technologies. Scalability Once again, it is the Factory Model that helps us scale our services and offerings. We can use the same kind of technology to create many different solutions. No we are not talking about the ‘one size fits all’ approach. We are able to create custom solutions with the same underlying technologies. For example, we have created multiple automation software for businesses across different industries using Microsoft Power BI. Secondly. Apart from shifting to a big office, we now have a larger team that can handle bulk work without compromising on quality.
