Our startup introduces several innovative elements that differentiate it from traditional lingerie retail models. The primary innovation lies in creating a specialized retail environment designed for women's comfort and privacy, addressing the cultural and social barriers specific to Kashmir. Furthermore, by training and employing local women in the design and customization process, we empower them economically and creatively, fostering community engagement and ownership. The chosen options represent significant improvements over existing solutions. The business model is designed with scalability in mind. Initially, we will establish flagship stores in key centers, creating a strong brand presence. The mobile application, however, provides a scalable solution that can reach customers beyond physical store locations, allowing us to serve a wider geographical area. As the brand gains traction, we can expand our physical retail presence.
