Zecruiters Jobconnect Private Limited (Zecruiters) is a multi-disciplinary HR team that simplifies recruitment and selection services by optimizing the shortlisting process in technology enabled environment. Zecruiters has in-house IT Team which is constantly working on upgrading and innovating to smoothen end to end workflow of Sourcing, Screening and selection process which enable reduction in unproductive manual work involved in hiring process. We enable talents in exploring various positions available with corporate in transparent manner where talent can track the live status of his/her application. To strengthen our screening team, we enrolled many house wives on our board who are wiling to work from home. This enable to us to cater higher number of clients at lower cost. We pay handsome amount to housewives on selection of the candidates by corporates to keep them highly motivated. This provides the business opportunity to women at without incurring any cost as the same is taken care by zecruiters. This also satisfy one of social responsibility of Women Empowerment. We have fully operation RMS (Requisition Management System) to support our back-end and operation which helps in managing database in efficient manner and implementing Management by exception. We are constantly working on reducing time involved in the hiring process while improving quality. Upcoming Features 1. Job Exchange: We are coming up with Job exchange where employers can directly post open jobs with them with a Prize money. Anyone seeing the same can refer suitable candidate for the job, if the candidate is selected for the job the fixed Prize money shall be given to the referrer. Here the normal public have a chance to earn but referrer has to make sure only refer suitable profiles else his account can be terminated by Zecruiters, this will ensure quality of profiles coming to employers as lowest affordable cost. 2. Job Connect: We are coming with platform where talents on our portal can connect and recommend each other which will help in hiring right candidate for right job. There are no indian job site which currently provide social connectivity and interaction for job search. 3. Pre-recorded video interviews: We are working on getting prerecorded interviews with the help of pre-defined set of questions based on the profiles of the candidates which will enable employers to reduce number of interactions and get quality people. This will similarly help the candidates in showcasing his/her pretension and communication skills well before appearing for the face to face interview.
