ZENESIS Plant Engineering LLP is a Vadodara-based engineering enterprise that provides comprehensive, single-source turnkey solutions for industrial bulk-materials handling within the tyre and rubber industry. The company plans, engineers and constructs complete plants for the storage, conveying, mixing, dosing and weighing of premium bulk solids and high-quality raw materials that feed the mixing room of a modern tyre plant. Its scope of services spans the full project lifecycle — basic and detailed engineering (custom plant layouts tailored to each site), in-house component manufacturing (proprietary silos, day-bins, weighing hoppers and dosing systems), advanced automation and process control, and full on-site assembly, commissioning and handover. In short, ZENESIS delivers everything from concept to commissioning under one roof. The company is led by a team of senior personnel from reputed engineering universities, each carrying more than 30 years of experience in mixing-room automation across the tyre and rubber industry in India and abroad. ZENESIS competes directly with the European, Chinese and Taiwanese majors that have traditionally dominated this segment, and has already established strong references at large tyre-manufacturing facilities in India. Anchored in the Make in India philosophy, ZENESIS has indigenised close to 97% of its equipment, saving valuable foreign currency for its customers while delivering globally benchmarked technology at an affordable cost.
