The current education system is theory based. This means that students learn things in books without any real life experience. Once they complete their education and get jobs they find out that most jobs don’t work like they do in books. This costs them to underperform in their jobs unless they go through a hyper learning curve or they get good mentors at work. This causes major losses to companies in productivity. We propose to solve this through our experiential learning games. This lack of experience also sets the worn expectations for students when they enter the job market. The games will help the user play and experience how a company works from the inside. Our solution is game based, experiential and centered towards the learner.
