Zest Kitchens is one of a kind mobile application based on Cloud Kitchen concept which primarily focuses on Business empowerment, generating employment opportunities, and delivering Hygienic, indistinguishable Taste food at user’s doorstep. With focus on current scenario, we create a Win – Win situation for the restaurant business owners who are not able to run their operations successfully due to various reasons including outbreak of covid pandemic. We are a unique platform where existing restaurant business owners can enroll themselves with us and get a competitive edge in terms of Sales on zest kitchens mobile application, Chef’s training, Digital Marketing support and branding. We tend to convert suffering restaurants businesses into Zest Kitchen Brand and lift their revenue by offering a platform for sales, parallelly promoting Indian cuisine food and maintaining same quality of food at all the outlets. Apart from Technology, Company also owns 1 cloud kitchen at present with the same brand where the advantage of high gross margins is availed and thus fuel our operations more aggressively. Since incorporation in Sept 2020, we have converted 3 existing restaurant businesses into Zest Kitchens Brand and they are growing at an extra ordinary rate of over 50% after enrolling with us. Zest Kitchens India private limited is contributing towards the growth of economy by : 1. Engaging youth at all operations levels. 2. Women empowerment: 70% of Shareholders are women. 3. Providing employment to 20 members at present. 4. Following Make in India model by avoiding all international supplies and focus on building in-house resources.
