Both provider and needful will register on this platform and afterwards as per job requirement, suitable candidates will be sent for interview/hiring. Such platform will ease users in finding employee at the same time helping employee find the best job according to their preferred location and expected salary. This application will also include non-skilled job profiles also, like Peon, Cleaner, Sales Member etc.
