ZTS Global Private Limited is a technology-driven healthcare startup building OM (Oncology Mitra), an innovative digital platform that connects cancer patients and their families with qualified, empanelled psychologists and psycho-oncology counsellors through scheduled video and audio consultations. The Company addresses a significant, well-recognised but under-served gap in India's cancer care ecosystem — the lack of structured psychological and emotional support delivered alongside medical treatment. With India recording an estimated 15.7 lakh new cancer cases in 2025 and nearly one in nine Indians facing a lifetime risk of the disease, a burden projected to keep rising through 2040, the need for accessible psycho-oncology support is urgent and growing. Access to such specialised care currently remains limited and fragmented across the country. OM closes this gap through a scalable, asset-light, technology-mediated model: ZTS Global operates purely as a platform and facilitation layer, empanelling qualified consultants and managing scheduling and session-delivery infrastructure, while earning revenue through a platform fee and commission on every consultation. As the Company does not employ consultants directly or bear clinical liability, it retains a light capital base while revenue scales with consultation volume. Reflecting this scalability, daily consultations are projected to grow from an average of 50 in Year 1 to 800 by Year 5, with gross receipts rising from approximately Rs. 91.25 lakh to Rs. 14.60 crore over the same period. Through OM, ZTS Global aims to become a pioneering, technology-led enterprise in India's psycho-oncology and digital mental health space.
