Zurlux Technologies is a Pune-based B2B SaaS company building PatchMortem — an AI-powered automated patch remediation platform for Indian enterprises in banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI). Every month, Indian banks and insurance companies deploy software patches across thousands of servers to meet RBI and SEBI regulatory mandates. When these patches fail —and they frequently do — IT teams face production outages, manual escalation chains, and compliance gaps that can cost ₹10–50 lakh per incident and result in regulatory findings during RBI IT audits. PatchMortem solves this by automatically classifying patch failures in under two seconds using an AI pipeline trained on 215 known failure patterns, executing the correct rollback or repair action, and generating a tamper-evident cryptographic audit trail that meets RBI IT Framework 2023 evidence requirements — all without human intervention. Founded in July 2026 by Rakesh Sakat and Pranjali, the company is currently pursing to find a private beta with Indian BFSI enterprises. PatchMortem is deployed on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) ensuring complete data residency within India, and integrates with the tools Indian IT teams already use — Microsoft Intune, SCCM, ManageEngine, NinjaOne, VMware vSphere, Ansible, ServiceNow, and Jira. Zurlux Technologies plans to grow from its founding team to 50 employees within 12 months, with revenue from SaaS subscriptions priced in INR and available through AWS Marketplace and Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
