Zymox Corporation Private Limited is an innovation-driven technology startup focused on building intelligent, deployable industrial systems that address critical inefficiencies in manufacturing operations. The company is currently developing Zymox NIRIKSHAN, an AI-powered quality intelligence platform designed for production environments. Zymox NIRIKSHAN enables factories to convert standard camera infrastructure into real-time defect detection and production intelligence systems without requiring AI expertise or significant capital investment. Unlike traditional machine vision systems that are expensive, rigid, and complex to deploy, NIRIKSHAN is built as a hybrid edge and SaaS-based solution that can be rapidly configured and adapted to dynamic production conditions. The core problem being addressed is the lack of reliable, scalable, and cost-effective quality inspection in manufacturing units, particularly MSMEs. Existing processes rely on manual inspection, which is inconsistent and error-prone, or on high-cost automation systems that remain inaccessible to most factories.
