Akshaya Thulir Incubation Foundation
In their own words
*Akshaya Thulir* is a social impact initiative designed to uplift rural communities by transforming unskilled or under-skilled youth into job-ready professionals through practical, real-time training and structured career support. It focuses on bridging the gap between education and employment by offering hands-on learning in areas like software development, AI, and digital marketing, while also creating direct pathways to earning through placements, freelance work, or internal projects. Beyond training, it aims to build long-term sustainability by enabling entrepreneurship, supporting rural innovators, and connecting them with the right resources and opportunities. The core idea is simple but execution-heavy: instead of just teaching, Akshaya Thulir is built to ensure people actually start earning and become economically independent, making it a results-driven model rather than just another training initiative.
