“AADHIYARAN AGRARIAN SERVICES PVT LTD” is a new social enterprise in Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu, established by the former Gandhi fellows of Mr. Silambarasan & Mr. Prakhar Mishra to promote sustainable agriculture practices among the small & marginal scale farmers to ensure their family’s food security and secure monthly income from their limited amount of land. In India, small & marginal scale farmers working hard, but do not make money because there is very little left after they pay for all inputs. The unsustainable income of small & marginal scale farmers always make them struggled to satisfy their basic needs of the family and improve quality of life. The prosperity of any country depends upon the prosperity of farmers, Hence, to ensure secure monthly income for small & marginal scale farmers in India, we are promoting sustainable agriculture practices among them by providing the services of partnership farming, employment farming and self-employment farming. Our vision is to improve the overall quality of life for the socially, economically disadvantaged small & marginal scale farmers in India by 2045, by implementing location specific integrated/ composite farming which includes bio-fencing, combined agriculture enterprises, Integrated nutrient, disease, pest, and weed management and cost-effective technologies. Therefore, the small & marginal scale farmers don’t need to face the financial crisis for their agriculture practices. And we can improve their quality life of rural communities, generate employment opportunities for rural youths, preserve indigenous crops, livestock & bio-diversity and producing chemical-free nutrient-rich indigenous production for food consumers. Promoting sustainable farming practices among the small and marginal scale farmers to support them to obtain secure monthly the income of 20k from their 50 Cents of land by providing the services of employment farming, self-employment farming, and partnership farming. 1) Partnership farming: No investment from farmers. Profit will be shared by 55% for farmers & 45% for the company. 2) Employment farming: No investment from farmers. Farmers will get monthly fixed monthly income for working on proposed agriculture enterprises in their land. 3) Self- Employment farming: Farmers can get fair price inputs for implementing proposed agriculture enterprises with free agriculture extension services.
