We will provide the jobs to unemployed youths and also link them with self employment, also provide them different types of services like Self Help Group, Plumbing, Electrician Technicians, Data Entry Operators, Hospitality & Tourism Sector, Automotive sector, Artisans etc. In present scenario about 90 per cent of employment opportunities require vocational skills. Only 20 per cent of our graduates get employed. The rest are unable to get suitable employment due to the lack of employable skills. Also we will use e-learning tools such as e-classroom which helps us to increase our reach in rural areas by taking their training classes in their own village panchayat where net connectivity is feasible. We provide them employable skills such as communication skills (verbal and written), commercial awareness, attitude towards work, self-management, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability, stress management, technology/IT skills. will made best efforts for up-liftment of economically weaker sections so that they can earn their livelihood with dignity and honour.
