The platform connects users with sports venues, gyms, fitness studios, wellness centers, and activity providers while enabling venue partners to digitize operations through booking management, slot scheduling, payments, and customer management. India's active lifestyle ecosystem remains fragmented, with users relying on phone calls, WhatsApp, and offline visits to discover and book activities, while venue partners continue to manage operations manually. ACTIV addresses this gap by providing a single technology platform that simplifies discovery, booking, payments, and operational management. Our key differentiator is a dual-sided ecosystem that combines a consumer marketplace with an integrated Venue Management System (VMS), creating value for both users and venue partners. As the platform grows, proprietary booking data, network effects, and technology integration strengthen its long-term scalability and competitive advantage. Future roadmap initiatives include AI-powered activity recommendations and personalized user experiences. ACTIV has completed its product strategy, UI/UX design, technology roadmap, branding, and partner onboarding workflows and is currently preparing for its MVP pilot launch, with plans to onboard venue partners, validate product-market fit, and expand across India.
