AD IDEM was incorporated with the object of developing software solutions and providing related professional consulting services, to accelerate and enhance the work of legal practitioners, legal teams and institutions with natural language processing, machine learning and other A.I technologies. About the Partners Rohan (CEO) Rohan is a practicing advocate and specialises in IP,commercial law,dispute resolution and technology law. He has worked as a corporate legal counsel,an IP lawyer,an IP and commercial law litigator,an arbitrator,and a policy analyst for various organisations. He is a graduate of NALSAR,Hyderabad and holds an LLM as a Lawrence A.Wien Fellow from Columbia University, NY. Adarsh Adarsh G Sosale is a software professional and co-founder. Currently, he is the CTO of the LLP. Adarsh has worked as a software engineer specializing in designing and building software platforms. Adarsh has 9 years of experience with software development and product development,and recently led product at a pioneering AI knowledge management start-up in Silicon Valley. PRODUCTS Ad Idem has developed a Dispute Intelligence platform for end-to-end dispute comprehension and insights,from the strategic to the tactical level. Strategically, the Dispute Intelligence platform empowers organizations to manage,sort, and triage hundreds of disputes at a time by automatically reading pleadings, enriching them with information from the Indian court system,and surfacing patterns and risk triggers across their disputes portfolio.This enables companies to automate escalation and referral to external counsel,prioritize cases based on business risk or claim value,and gain deep insight into dispute trends and recurring issues. Tactically,the platform uses proprietary AI modules to analyse individual casefiles - extracting key facts,flagging inconsistencies, generating interactive timelines,and enabling visual drafting of briefs, with all outputs traceable to source documents.
