I am Varun Bargale. Who Created a brand of AWC (Adorable White Collection) For Encouraging Deaf People's life My wife Shruti and I, both are deaf . We are from a small town Ichalkaranji. My parents took lot of efforts and helped me complete my education by shifting to Mumbai for 15 years. Currently my wife and I are running a company named ‘Adorable White Collection’ (AWC) which manufactures white colored shirts and kurtas from 100% pure cotton material. We have also started production of masks during COVID crisis period. Best quality and fine stitching are our major principals. We have started this business from scratch on our own efforts. Being a deaf is a dual and a hidden disability. As we are unable to hear, we cannot even speak clearly and so we cannot communicate verbally with rest of the world. Hence it is very difficult to get a job like other hearing people. Being a deaf person, I can understand this pain very well. So, while establishing our company AWC my aim was to create employment for these specially abled people. Thus, we have created a source of income for more than 15 deaf people in Ichalkaranji till now. Also, we have offered our franchise in various places like Pune, Nagpur, Satara, Aurangabad, Dhule, Kolhapur, Sangli and Mumbai so that we can create source of income for specially abled people across the India. We deliver shirts, kurtas and masks everywhere in the world by accepting online orders on our website www.awconline.in. Along with providing high quality shirts for men, we are aiming to expand our product line to female clothing. Demand for our products is increasing due to superior quality of cloth and fine stitching. Many deaf people are approaching us for a job. We are glad that we are able to create this opportunity for them. I am sure we will grow even more if big companies like you lend a helping hand. If you have a requirement, we can provide formal/ office wear white shirts. We can also provide uniforms of any colour (with your company logo if required) to your company.
