"Cash flow is essential for startups to survive. One of the key challenges that small businesses face today relates to finances. ""Crossed three Industrial Revolutions and now in the 4th one(Digitalisation) where Artificial Intelligence plays the major role. IoT sensors failing big time to track the SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) as they only detects the object and unsure whether that is the actual object. The existing detection at systems used by Industry these days dont give enough data to understand the grass root level issues happening at the shop floor level of an industry. Lack of a foolproof way to track Effectiveness(OEE) is missing. OEE is typically calculated using Performance, Availability, and quality. The performance parameter is not easily calculated with IoT devices and related sensors alone. The performance of a given operation depends on various factors which requires an intelligent level to track. The availability of an system can be tracked with IoT and related sensors but those IoT devices and Sensors cannot give accurate data of why a machine got stopped. A machine can be stopped due to breakage or manual stoppage or for procedural perspective. A intelligent and a vision based system is required to fully understand what went wrong. The quality of the system can be inspected with existing Visual inspection tools using 1D processing however the quality of the product in process cannot be measured with 1D processing as it requires sequential processing. 1D to 2D to 3D based quality checking requires a much more sophisticated processing of data. No easy and effective way for now to track Man, Method, Machine and Material (4M). Unaccountable manual operations: Its not easier to check whether the shift wise performance of a given worker or worker unit excelled in their shift just with manual monitoring alone as it is not fool proof. Sometimes the day shift operations produces more PPM than a night shift operations those equal wages were paid to both of them. Certain ground level manipulations leads to incorrect manual data entry which leads to less PPM per month. Safety of an worker is not easily handled at factory floor as the existing system cannot fully ensure the safety of the worker. A CNC machine can run even without detecting a person is wearing a safety gloves or not. A Furnace melting area cannot automatically ensure a person is wearing a thermal wear or not. Only when an accident happens then the factories run through various procedures and process to ensure safety. Many workers have lost their life or certain part of body due to unsafe operations at factories. Occupational health safety is not fully addressed at factories and so many workers die without living their full life expectancy. OHS compliance requires automatic monitoring but not every factory is able to afford it. According to a survey by Microsoft, 30% of IIoT projects don’t make it past the proof of concept stage.When implementing an Industrial IoT system, businesses must consider numerous factors, which can be daunting for even the most experienced IT teams. They often involve many devices and sensors that need to be configured and integrated. What we need is simple and easy to install solution without disturbing existing operations. """
