Despite all awareness campaigns & initiatives, a large portion of the Indian population has no access to clean toilets in or around their homes, especially in rural areas.Due to lack in such basic facilities, people opt to defecate in the open, rather than compromising their health by using the available but unhygienic units. Despite spending billions on building toilet blocks, they all eventually deteriorate due to no maintenance, poor build quality and no long term management & operations contracts for its services like electricity, running water and sewage treatments. Agarwal Health & Sanitation primarily aims to focus on the nationwide issue of open defecation & having access to clean, hygienic & well-functioning modern day public toilets.AHS will be Designing, Manufacturing, Operating & Managing Toilets that are safe, healthy, hygienic, high in build quality, modern-day environmental friendly, self-sufficient, efficient in energy & water consumption, self-cleaning & sanitising itself after each use, along with integration of Tech & AI by developing a well-planned, and functioning mobile application which indicates the location/s & real time availability status of these units.AHS will also provide 360° sanitation services like on-site water management, housekeeping & up-keeping along with waste management, treatment and its safe disposal/further use.
