AILORA addresses critical gaps in India’s cancer diagnostics and precision oncology ecosystem. Most pathology and molecular laboratories still operate with fragmented, manual, and unstructured workflows that contribute to diagnostic delays, variability in reporting, and avoidable errors. Molecular Tumour Boards (MTBs), which are essential for interpreting complex genomic tests and recommending personalised treatment, are not widely implemented due to a shortage of trained specialists and the absence of standardised digital platforms. This results in inconsistent decision-making, limited adoption of precision medicine, and unequal access to advanced cancer care—particularly in tier-2 and tier-3 settings. There is also a significant workforce and capacity-building challenge. India faces an acute shortage of trained oncopathologists, molecular biologists, and oncology data interpreters. Existing training programs are limited, not standardised, and often inaccessible to working professionals. Many clinicians and laboratory staff lack opportunities for structured, case-based learning and hands-on exposure to advanced diagnostics, leading to variable quality and interpretation errors. AILORA solves these problems by building AI-enabled digital workflow systems, decision-support tools, and structured training platforms. The company provides automated clinical pathways, digital MTBs, quality tracking systems, and AI-assisted learning modules that improve accuracy, reduce variability, accelerate turnaround time, and expand workforce capacity.
