AIZENT PRIVATE LIMITED
Kolhapur, Maharashtra
In their own words
Aizent Private Limited, operating under the brand Forge8, is a DeepTech AI company building an autonomous voice agent platform for Indian hospitals. Our flagship product, Doctor's Assist, answers patient phone calls 24x7 in their native Indian language — Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, or Gujarati — detects their intent in real time, and books appointments directly into the hospital's existing database system with zero human involvement. Unlike software products that rely on foreign cloud APIs, Forge8 runs entirely on our self-owned NVIDIA RTX 5070 GPU server located in India, running Google's Gemma 4 open-source language model. Patient data never leaves Indian jurisdiction with making us compliant with the DPDP Act 2023/2026 by architecture, not by policy. We use TRAI-approved SIP trunks and conditional call forwarding so hospitals keep their existing phone numbers. Our mission is simple: let every Indian patient book a hospital appointment in their own language, at any hour, without waiting on hold.
