AL-TRANS ALLOYS PVT LTD founded by Miss. Shivranjani Maladkar and Mr. Nitikesh Maladkar is an ALUMINIUM SCRAP RECYCLING COMPANY which aims to recycle aluminium scrap into usable products such as ingots required for aluminium foundries. The USP of our company is that along with Ingots we would supply MOLTEN LIQUID METAL at the customer/foundry doorstep. This will reduce the fuel, energy and power required for re-melting the ingots at foundry and will also save INR 20 per Kg of Aluminium, which is extremely huge amount saved if we scale it up in the form of tons. (A foundry producing 100 tons of aluminium casting per month will save 20 Lakh Rs). Also, recycling of metals is the need of time because, to extract 1 Kg of Pure Aluminium from Bauxite it needs 100KW of power, but to recycle 1 Kg of Aluminium Scrap to produce pure aluminium requires 1KW power. This saved energy is nothing but national power savings and reduction in the emissions of GHG gases. As we all know, the shift of automobile from fuels to electricity would create huge need for aluminium components in the coming time. This is an extremely scalable project and would create ample of employment and wealth creation along with power savings.
