Introduction:AM Media and Sports Pvt Ltd is a dynamic startup focused on innovation in media and sports. Our initial projects enhance digital content accessibility, with plans to expand into other areas as opportunities arise. Innovative Projects: • Digital Content Accessibility Training: We offer courses in audio description, translation, voice acting, and transcription to make digital content accessible. We also provide training in audio descriptive sports commentary. • Inclusive Content Solutions: Our services support clients in creating inclusive content through audio description, transcription, and sign language interpretation. We collaborate with sporting entities to enhance audience experience. • Empowering Marginalized Communities: We train individuals with disabilities, women, and students from rural areas to work in their regional languages, offering flexible remote job opportunities. Leadership and Expertise: Our leadership includes a director who is a woman with a disability, experienced in sports and media, and a proven woman leader in the corporate field. Notably, our team has founded the Paralympic Swimming Association of Tamil Nadu, training over 300 individuals with disabilities, and the Wheelchair Basketball Federation of India, training over 700 across India. These initiatives have created opportunities for education and employment. Future Expansion and Scalability: We aim to leverage innovation and technology to create scalable solutions enhancing media accessibility and contributing to employment generation and wealth creation. By fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability, we will drive growth and social impact in the media and sports industry.
