Amnivo Foods is building Munchnama, a clean-label Indian snacking brand — bhujia, ancient-grain chips, and makhana made with rice bran oil, with no palm oil, no maida, and no artificial colours. India's ₹50,000 crore snacking market forces a false choice: mass-market snacks at ₹10–80 rely on palm oil and refined flour, while clean-label alternatives start at ₹150 and remain occasional purchases. Munchnama occupies the missing middle, delivering better-for-you formulations at an accessible ₹30–50 price point. Innovation: We have reformulated traditional Indian snack formats using ancient grains and rice bran oil — Ragi and Beetroot Masala Bhujia, Quinoa Mint Chips, roasted Makhana — retaining bold regional flavours while eliminating palm oil and maida. All ingredients are palm-oil-free by design, not reformulated after the fact. Our in-house packaging facility enables higher marketplace fill rates, faster replenishment, and full inventory visibility. Scalability: Munchnama is built Q-commerce-native for impulse discovery on Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, with small packs engineered to seed habitual re-ordering. Distribution sequences into e-commerce, modern trade, and general trade as unit economics validate. A WhatsApp-first CRM converts trial into repeat cohorts. The model scales from NCR to national coverage, generating employment across supply chain, packaging, and distribution. Traction: Pre-launch validation across NCR delivered 550+ unique samplers and multiple customers repurchasing 3–4 times, confirming trial converts to repeat.
