Arogriha is a telemedicine application with user-facing UI interfaces for clinics, doctors and patients integrated with edge-integrated, federated machine learning pipelines to leverage the access to demographic-sensitive, authentic, real-world data obtained during virtual, in-clinic consultations to train Machine Learning models for clinical assistance, early diagnosis, disease prediction etc., AI use-cases and other Generative AI use-cases like treatment recommendations. The vision of Arogriha is to serve as a robust, multi-modal, ABDM compliant data infrastructure for speciality-specific clinical decision support systems. And with real-time monitoring of critical vitals and other health parameters in a single dashboard healthcare providers are empowered to seamlessly delivery personalized healthcare to patients. It also digitizes each stage of patient lifecycle management from triage to post-operative care and continuum-care for in-patient and out-patient cases. With a mobile first approach it also aims to connect rural patients to urban doctors via teleconsultations utilizing PHC representatives as intermediaries conducting these "guided consultations". Overall, Arogriha seeks to become an holistic first-of-its-kind digital healthcare platform taking an ecosystem-approach to digitize operations at multiple layers of healthcare delivery thereby serving as an enabler of AI/ML, Generative AI and IoT combinational use-cases.
