Company description Communication Services to Businesses Team CEO EBRAHIM MAFOOZ Director Ashraf Siddiqua Market opportunity Developing and Maintaining of Communication channels for business support and client relationships are a tedious process, APPZOID looks to resolve this by providing a single platform comprising of all the tools to manage your business. There is a huge market in the post covid world where direct human interactions will need to to be avoided/restricted and communication channels need to be available for all business on all digital platforms like web and mobiles (both in android and iOS). This brings in a great opportunity for us to make it right. Business model Appzoid Looks to provide communication services as a SaaS application to Businesses with integrated web and mobile communication channels. where the mobile applications will be available for their clients in their own branding with our backend. We plan to provide the services in a subscription model to businesses for usage of the system. There is a future plan to integrate and provide support services to enable businesses to outsource their support operator requirements while using our system, where we will have a pool of freelance / Work from home / On Demand Staff to provide services on a subscription basis. The Margins will be at 50% for the operator outsourced staff module. While the usage of the the system will effectively return a 75% margin once the initial development and server fees are covered. Timing The post covid world will see a lot of changes in the way that people communicate with business and will require them to have channels of communication on all platforms for continued business processes. Also business will see to reduce their operating costs.
