Tosa is one of the most sustainably produced Alcoholic & Non-alcoholic beverages. It is a non- grain recipe & non artificially added flavors and has been around since the 10th Century Tosa is Crafted from honey and water & Herbs . The production of Tosa leaves a a small carbon footprint since it depends on bees and nectar already available on existing farmlands. Tosa huge honey needs increases honey production which thus by increases crops pollination. During production, Tosa can be infused with fruits, spices, flowers or tea to achieve a particular flavor. This makes it a drink for the masses with varied taste preferences The recipe for modern Tosa may be as simple as a proprietary mix of few ingredients; honey water matcha tea and another catalyst.
