The business of the LLP shall be to develop maintain and promote technology based facilities/platforms for providing variety of legal services, including the following: i.To establish, manage, maintain and run a world-class institution under the name ‘The Settlement Table’, for the purpose of providing alternate dispute resolution services through online/virtual and physical modes ii.To provide and facilitate in providing alternate dispute resolution services including but not limited to mediation, conciliation, arbitration services to the general public iii.To offer timely and cost effective alternate dispute resolution options which shall enable the parties to efficiently settle their dispute iv.To offer online, virtual or physical training and certification courses in alternate dispute resolution, mediation, conciliation and/or arbitration and other related areas of law and commerce v.To build a multi disciplinary platform to promote and develop prevention, detection, reaction, analysis, recovery, response and research skills to cope with cyber security investigation and related issues. vi.To build and develop a platform to assist lawyers and other professionals in drafting and filing pleadings and other documents in various proceedings vii.To provide legal and regulatory compliance services for business entities and individuals viii.To develop, maintain, promote technical facilities for legal professionals and general public in relation to law, commerce, science and technology ix.To promote legal education, research and development x.Any other ancillary business described in Schedule 1 annexed herewith.
