At Ariso, we are chasing what we call Personalised Transparency in food. There are numerous food items on the supply side (packaged food products by brands and manufacturers, dishes in restaurants, loose ingredients and more) while there is a wide variety of consumers on the demand side. We intend to develop a platform that empowers consumers by helping them choose the right products, dishes, ingredients and recipes based on their health concerns, medical conditions and history, diet preferences, allergies, intolerances, and taste profile. Along with that, we look to create a community dedicated for the new gastronomes of our country giving them the ability to interact with fellow gastronomes, restaurants, food-influencers, fitness enthusiasts, dietitians, and chefs about their beloved dishes and products.
