ASHOKA BUILDCITY PRIVATE LIMITED started to work in 2016 as a construction firm with a focus on the development of affordable housing & business premises for both the urban and rural regions of India. Ashoka Buildcity dared to achieve a dream of affordable housing for all the middle class urban and poor rural area families and those who wish to start their own businesses and can’t afford to buy or rent good office space in urban cities. In design & development of the affordable housing project, key milestones have been achieved in terms of sustainable housing goals, eco-friendly and green homes which are equipped with modern day energy saving goals while putting the cost to minimum. Product has been designed seeing the government’s schemes related to affordable housing for all and very well is getting pitched to concerned authorities with a positive response from their side. Positive response is due to the eco-system created by Ashoka Buildcity where all the project is envisioned using the locally available materials, local vendors for fabrication thus creating jobs while fulfilling the need of affordable housing for all. We very well fit in the government’s vision of providing housing to all, open defecation free villages/cities, employment generation which reflects from various schemes i.e., Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, MUDRA, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan etc. We bring transparency by fitting additional low cost IoT devices e.g., Indigenous GPS to bring the transparency in the house, toilet allotted to the families as per the government’s schemes.
