To acquire, purchase, sell, develop, lease, license, exchange, mortgage, or otherwise deal in real estate and immovable properties, including land, buildings, and any rights or interests therein for residential, commercial, industrial, recreational, or mixed-use purposes. To provide consultancy and advisory services in the fields of real estate, construction, project planning and execution, infrastructure development, property valuation, project management, architectural and structural design, legal and regulatory compliance, feasibility studies, financial structuring, due diligence, and related areas to individuals, corporate entities, institutions, or government bodies in India or abroad.
