The company Atlantis Academy (OPC) Private Limited is a start up to venture into the arena of education. Education is just not acquiring qualifications but building character if “ LEARNING IS DONE IN THE RIGHT WAY”. So the question arises as to what is the right way? Right way of learning is a process which if inculcated from the beginning of nursery class to the higher class which would help anyone who wants to learn further can make use of the method to learn on their own. The purpose of this company or the Mission of this company is to help anyone to learn with easy accessibility and at low cost. English proficiency has become a must as this happens to be medium to learn other subjects and also to go for entrance, competitive and other examinations. To learn English and lots of vocabulary, it has to be taught through the medium of mother tongue and English which means a student should know what has to be said in their mother tongue and in English till the age of 10 years or till such time the students can speak and write in English on their own. Then comes the speed of reading. On observation of the entrance examination question papers, it is clear that it is not the students do not know the answers, they fail to get the required marks mainly because they are not able to read the question fast and comprehend the meaning to answer the question. So if they are trained on the vocabulary of their subjects , the meaning and pronunciation related to it and if the reading speed is more than the average, then success comes with knowledge which is long lasting and stays with them for ever. Every student or parent is of the opinion that passing an examination shows the success of the candidate, but real education is acquiring knowledge and if knowledge on the subject is acquired the student is successful in examination and in real life as they need not show any pretentions on their knowledge which they are supposed to have based on their qualifications.
