Atra is a sports science collective. Offering services in the fields of sports physiotherapy, sports psychology, sports nutrition, sports anthropometry, strength and conditioning and High performance optimisation. Atra aims at taking these aspects of sports and fitness training to athletes and the general public. We as an organisation aim towards providing a structure to sports and fitness training in India and interventions with performance optimisation, injury prevention and rehabilitation accessible to all sportspersons across all streams and backgrounds in a cost effective manner which is affordable to all. Through our organisation we imagine an India with fitness oriented and more physically aligned citizens.
