Construction & Development of State of the Art Amusement Park under Public Private Partnership Mode for the state Mode of Operation: PPP Mode Target: Under Privledge Children or children with imited access to entertainment items like Amusement Parks Location: Janeshwar Mishra Park Implemented by: Avani Paridhi Entertainment & Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd. A Social Project for the social welfare of the citizens. Along with social upliftment, this project will also guarantee various Job opportunities, generate revenue for the state and over all promote the tourism within the state under new Tourism Policy 2018. Project Objective 1. This project aims to develop Entertainment opportunity in the form of Amusement Park – World class in the state with detailed technical knowhow. 2. The project shall open up the opportunity for both skilled and unskilled workforce in the state. 3. Provide & increase direct and in-direct job opportunities in the state starting with capital city Lucknow. 4. Open up entertainment opportunities for millions of under priviledge children who are part of various government schools. 5. The under privledge shall have access to world class entertainment facility in their close vincinity. A percentage of seats (tickets) shall be available for the students studying in Government schools with an option to increase of decrease based on availability of tickets. The college / schools shall have fixed number of days to avail the services. Project Deliverable A. Government of UP: 1. To provide access to 6 Acre area in the Janeshwar Mishra Park for th development of the Amusement Park for the period of 45 years with further extension thereafter. 2. Arrangement of various statutory approvals for initiating the development of the Park. 2. Providing adequate Power connectivity for successful operations of the Park. B. Avani Paridhi (Promoters/Implementation Agency): 1. Investment and necessary technical knownhow of the project. 2. Develop, maintain and run the project 3. Generate revenue in the form of TAX for the Government. 4.Generate employment opportunities 5. Promote Tourism within the state Benefits for the Government Of Uttar Pradesh Benefits: 1. One of its kind project in the state for the welfare of the citizens and to promote investment within the state. 2. Employment opportunities and indirect employment opportunities for the masses. 3. Access to world class entertainment facility to all students in Government schools under the ageis of Government of UP. 4. One of its kind initiative by the Government for under privledge children in the state and country. 5. No Financial commitment by the government for the development, but shall generate revenue for the exchequer in the form of TAX.
