In India only 25% of patients with heart disease get treatment, remaining 75% either do not know they have a heart disease or they find it difficult to avail treatment. India is witnessing an internet and telecom revolution which has powered even remotest part of country with internet and smart phones. We with "Axiom Health" are trying to bridge this gap in cardiac care with the help of technology. AXIOM HEALTH is an exclusive Online Cardiac Care platform which provides a virtual Heart Clinic to patients across India who find it difficult to go to a cardiac care facility for their non emergency follow ups or check ups because of long travel distance or unavailability of cardiac care facility or because of time constraints or other logistics.
