AYU AI INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED
Delhi, Delhi
In their own words
In India there are 2 crores cases coming in the system every years, which is expected to grow double by 2020 and thrice by 2024, which means 12 crores people will be involved in litigation( per case/litigation at-least 2 parties are involved). The current infrastructure is unable to cater the current numbers of litigation and it will be very difficult to cater the increased number in future. With our approach, we are not just offering the transfer of legal cost, we are also trying to prevent the litigation with our proactive approach. We are trying to simplify the litigation journey and have been mapping each court/forum with our offering which will result in a faster resolution and prevention of litigation. We have created multiple assistance card(legal insurance products) based on the requirement. These cards are very customized to a specific issue and costs ~ 500 rupees a year. One quick example, we have launched a legal assistance card for insurance, this card helps you when your claims get rejected by the insurance company, we help you with further action including litigation, communication, mediation etc.
