The startup’s innovation lies in its execution and process design, rather than product development. Standardized workflows, compliance-by-design mechanisms, and outcome-oriented delivery allow the model to be scalable, replicable, and cost-efficient across multiple projects without proportional increases in complexity. In addition, the startup provides organized hired-vehicle and mobility services to government departments through a structured fleet and compliance framework.
