Right now there is a great advancement in e-learning. There are more than 1 crore users in the competitive market i.e. bank, SSC, Railways, and state level exams. And it will increase very rapidly in the upcoming years. I have 4 years of experience in this field. I have also linked with one of the best brands in this field. In the competitive field, I analyzed that today there is no need to charge test-series as its value has been deteriorated by some big companies and they are selling it for Rs. 100/year subscription mode. And Sites like ADDA247, Testbook, Oliveboard or OnlineTayiyari have more than 90 lakhs students user base. So my basic Idea is that if we give free mock test for all of the examinations with good quality and quantity than the user base will shift automatically for sure. And today video courses are very great in demand and the revenue for the business from these quality video courses for these competitive examinations. Now coming to the mock based tests which will be given free of cost for every exam- There are many unemployed students in Delhi NCR and they are preparing for these examinations and if we employ those students, who are preparing to, create the quality content than we can create these free mocks in a very affordable cost. Now coming to the video courses which will be the source of the revenue- If we hire professional teachers who have the passion to teach, we can make very classic video courses. If the students will be impressed by the content given to them by our free mock tests and if they find any difficulty regarding a particular subject than he/she will make the purchase in most of the cases. There is another concept which is in my mind is that many students have no internet connection and they want to analyze their performance. So If we somehow make a book that contains a particular test series code. If the student takes questions from the book and answers them on the mobile application then he can get the real-time analysis for that particular test. Right now I am looking for an investment which fulfills all these needs. After a very small time (say one year) the business will be profitable to a large extent.
