The Indian pre-owned automotive market is one of the biggest and yet one of the fastest growing markets(twice as big as the new automotive market). However at the same time it is also one of the most unorganised industries, with small individual players dominating over 95% of the market share. This leads to a lack of standardisation and quality control. Our company is trying to revolutionize this industry by bringing in quality control, standardisation and a sense of trust among the end buyers or sellers. This industry is also extremely localised, which means a seller located in one part of the city cant reach a prospective buyer in the other part of the same city as neither the seller nor the buyer has any idea that either of them exists. Our company aims to reduce this extreme localisation and get this industry centralised so that the buyer and seller visibility is increased and the overall waiting period for both the buyer and seller decreases exponentially. Since buying or selling automobiles is not only about the vehicle or the money involved, but it also involves a lot of government compliances violating any of which is a criminal offence, people make a lot of uninformed choices, which happens because of lack of information as the individual market player is only concerned with the money and maximizing his profits by avoiding the mandatory compliances. Our company is aiming towards helping people make more informed choices and giving them a much smoother, trusted and happy overall experience.
