Our main target is to choose a business plan which protect interest of cultivators and to create employment opportunity for the young generation. We have selected such aproduction range and production method which will protect interest of the cultivators, already discussed above. For promotion/distribution our product range we have formulated new concept, called micro distributor system/ micro distributionchannel. In India all companies,reach their products to the consumers either through direct distribution model or through distribution. Here employment generation scope is too minimum because products is reach to the customer either by company directly or through existing distributors in the market.
