Barottas Hospitality is a Chennai Based Company. “Barottas Hospitality” is the Parent Company Name. But We operate multiple Brands under the same. And our Flagship Brand is “Shero”. Shero - She + Hero. Started in August 2020. Shero has been initiated with the pure aim of Enabling Women of India, to be very specific Home Makers of India, to do business on their own and Earn from Home Or Anywhere. And the company is focused on the same. Shero is transforming Homes of India into Business Spots of India. Setting up the pathway to more income per household. How do we do it? One of the ways we chose to bring our dreams to action is through Cooking. “Shero Home Food” is the Name. Shero Home Food is a concept of Cloud Kitchen Model ( Only Delivery & Takeaway type Restaurants ). This is an Existing Model. But Shero has come up with the combination of “Work From Home” & “Cloud Kitchen”. In Other Words, Women can Earn by Cooking from their Kitchen. And we just do not Claim it but proved it, and so are the Sheros ( Women ) with Us. We Onboard Home Makers after stringent selection criteria, to ensure the Hygiene and Safety of the Food Prepared. And We train to prepare food Freshly against every single Order. We Onboard them through Swiggy and Zomato following the guidelines of the government. The Orders would slowly start to flow in. We as a Brand bare the Marketing Expenses on behalf of the Kitchen Partners ( The Home Makers ). Yes, We call them partners, they do not work under us. They work along with us. We have real Superwomen who lost their livelihood during Covid and now Earning Upto 80,000+ Per Month. You Can Visit Shero Tube on YouTube to check out the same. This will ultimately increase the income of every household and Every Household would be eligible to contribute towards the Gig Economy. Shero & our Team is focused on the Journey toward transforming 1 Million Homes into 1 Million Business Spots. The women's workforce participation rate in our country is just above 30% in 2022. The decision of India Women is dependent on various people and various factors. Women Gender of India is still far away from what India would want to achieve “5 Billion Economy in 2025”. With Shero, if we can enable them in their limitations, we can achieve more and beyond. Shero is now a strong community of 150+ Kitchens across South India. And Every Kitchen Partner is earning from a Minimum of 15000 - 80000+ on Average.
