The startup aims at providing 100% transparency across all contractual works offered through tender mechanism by the government/private players. The startup will offer a platform where the government officials responsible for the contract work will be able to get real-time updates on the work progress. Our startup aims at creating a platform that’ll be provided to the Authorized Person on which they can monitor all their running projects at a click including capability to share real-time strategic guidance on any running project anytime through directly connecting with project in-charge on the ground. Today, the Authorized person/s has to travel to distant locations to review the work progress & share insight findings/feedbacks with the ground team which is time-consuming and leads to lot of unproductive monetary spends on stays and travel expenses. This platform will provide live updates through video streaming on project execution on ground. So, at one time the auth. Person can be there across multiple sites and share feedbacks on the go. This is first-of-its-kind platform offering that’ll change the way India invests & monitors it’s Infrastructure projects across India. This will reduce the admin expenses including travel and stay for the officials in tune to ~60% of our current expenditure in these heads. It’ll also ensure that the project teams remain well-optimized by ensuring that the labor workers are put to projects which require more staffing.
