Our startup is unique in the way it works and also the protocol we follow to organize the whole service industry. Instead of focusing on generating revenue and making a profit or increasing customer base or creating a multi-brand workshop chain, we initially target to solve the burning problems of the customers which no multi-brand workshop has given attention to. We are majorly focusing on saving the time spent at any service center by the customer. Also, we are increasing the speed and efficiency of the technician (individual/service center) and improving the infrastructure to improve customer experience. To give a boost to customer satisfaction we are also giving real-time assistance to the customers in the middle of the road as well as at the convenience of their doorstep. We also have a team to track the job and update the customer in a real-time manner. We are a complete one-stop solution for all types of services starting from a minor puncture to a major breakdown. And the most unique part is the whole process is digital and can be done with just the use of mobile applications ( apart from the work done at the service center on the vehicle). Another part is instead of making our own infrastructure we are improving the existing infrastructure which reduces the cost of starting up our business in any location in the world also the peoples who will be working as a technician for providing doorstep service they are also individual and independent and we don't need to pay them the salary instead they will take their commission on the basis the work they have delivered. Also, our list of services is not only targeting the vehicles which are out of warranty but also targeting the vehicles which are under warranty ( washing jobs, puncture, wheel and tire-related problems, etc ). We have also improved the process of accepting vehicles at the service provider end so that we can improve our efficiency and speed to deliver the customer qualitative work for which he/she is paying for. The services we have designed will be economical so that everyone can afford that and we can target a higher number of customer segments. There are also other things like spare part availability, post-service satisfaction tracking, and a lot of things we have made changes and build a system that will improve the future of the automobile service industry.
