Blacksmith Electric is an Electric Mobility start-up working on electric two-wheeler manufacturing and providing charging Infrastructure. Our company is a Chennai-based start-up with a critical objective of creating and facilitating electric mobility in the country. Our goal is to ensure that people commute in a smarter, cleaner, and in more sustainable way making our cities a better place to live for future generations. As a company, we’ve been fervently working on and researching the electric platform since the year 2003. Over the past 15 years, we have made several prototype electric vehicles and tested them so that our final product to the customer will guarantee complete safety, comfort, and performance along with economic viability. Our vehicles have been designed grounds up as 100% Electric vehicles and not as conventional vehicles retrofitted with Electric drive trains. We currently have a third-generation prototype electric vehicle that has clocked almost 113,000 kilometres on Indian roads and has been a crowd-puller in many exhibitions.
