At BOA XR, we are driven by one objective: to be at the forefront of spatial computing innovation. Our work is split across two key sectors: For Enterprise: We build powerful, solution-driven applications that enhance productivity, streamline complex training, and solve critical business challenges through the power of spatial computing. Our first concept in this regard is FritzNoMo: A dual-purpose, AI-powered diagnostics platform designed to solve costly inefficiencies at both the consumer and factory level. a) For the Consumer (CX-Solution): This takes the form of a mobile application that acts as a smart assistant for complex electronics and appliances. Its objective is to prevent costly No Fault Found (NFF) returns and unnecessary technician dispatches. The platform is designed to fuse an AI-driven Smart Triage Diagnostic Engine with AR-guided visual assistance. This allows it to guide users through setup, run on-device CV inference, and intelligently diagnose issues by differentiating between user error, false alarms from built-in tests, and true hardware faults. b) For the Enterprise Factory (Advanced-Diagnostic): This is a hands-free XR headset application built to quantitatively reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and solve the industrial skills gap. It provides technicians with an AR Guided Repair interface powered by a logic-driven AI Diagnostic Engine. A cornerstone feature is its Voice-to-Log Knowledge Capture system, which establishes a proprietary, compounding data flywheel. This system transforms the application from a static tool into a self-improving, scalable system that logs every Verified Fix, making the entire maintenance team smarter with every repair. For Consumers: We craft engaging, story-rich, and interactive XR games that captivate audiences and push the boundaries of digital entertainment. Our first game, titled "Pollomono" is a novel Mixed Reality (MR) experience, already 80% complete, that is unlike anything currently available.
