Fracture compression – Screw in screw connection. • Compression Screw for hip fracture - Compression screw is assembly of 2 screws, it pulls the far fragment towards near fragment, together producing friction across the fracture line. It is new technique for fracture compression. • Canulated cancellous screw having twin (big & small) alternating thread for calcaneus (heel bone) - screw hold better than a conventional single thread profile cancellous screw without weakening the cancellous bone. • Medial malleolus Clip - Anatomical shape, works on buttressing + compression principle and Received gold medal from Indian orthopedic association.
