Brote Foods and Beverages Private Limited has been incorporated by a Chartered Accountant to set up a chain of cafeteria with a very minimum capital expenditure and a focus on quality and services followed by research of local taste and preferences about food habits in that vicinity. The idea is to carry out the vision of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India promoting brands with an approach of "Vocal for Local". Further the idea behind the project is to run a franchise model with all management and technical support from the company in which the local entrepreneur can set up a cafeteria with minimum capital and improved services such that local skills can be roped in and there can be achieved huge employment generation and further the under employment of local human resource can be converted into skilled, organized and well managed entrepreneurship, generating not only more employees with reasonably good job but also new employers with their own enterprise. So the project of setting up a chain of cafeteria involves low capital cost business venture based on local taste and preferences, local entrepreneurship, skill development and thus not only wealth creation in terms of incomes but also in terms of human resource development. It is a project on commercial principles with a noble cause. The project is within the broad vision of Startup India and Standup India with an emphasis on Vocal for Local. The Startup Company has already finalized the space for its first cafeteria at D Mall, Shakti Khand 2 Indirapuram and the rent agreement for the same has been executed and registered.
