We are operating since 1997 and have an experience of installation of more than 3000 solutions implemented by us in various industries and verticals across India. During this experience we felt a gap of industry specific solution or lack of integrated solution (for eg. accounting solution may be by some developer and payroll by some other) at reasonable price and lack of trained staff. We also faced a problem of ignorance (among the SME and unorganised sector) of better process available. Further the untrained man power is providing service which does not provide required information to the business as well as the Government Agencies or provide wrong information. We are planning to tap the accounting and tax problems of unorganised business sector as well as SME across India by providing solutions with information technology. For this we are proposing to set up accounting shoppe through franchisee model where all the required products and services will be available and demonstrated for example computers, accounting and management software like ERP, Payroll, taxation utility for Income Tax, VAT, etc and services like tax return preparation, training, outsourcing, investments. It will provide consultancy/solution fit for specific business need thus helping a lot of people to manage their business, finances and taxes efficiently from inception till end at a fixed cost.
