Redevelopment of housing society is emerging sector in Real estate industry however we understand that there are several problems such as No easy way to connect key stakeholders with each other to gain suitable opportunities e.g. central platform to list eligible societies and potential developers, etc.; Lack of defined & standardized guidelines to achieve goal in timely manner e.g., random selection of developer, developers' engagement in non-business activities, etc.; Lack of transparency between key stakeholders participating in re-development projects Developer, society e.g., vested interest in deal structuring, barrier in active participation results in trust issues, etc.So, understanding all these industry problems we have come up with a solution under our startup by developing exclusive online portal with end-to-end offline service support. Our online portal helps society to get their own web page with unique project code, where all the members get progress notifications as well as reports on regular intervals throughout the Redevelopment process, this ensures absolute transparency amongst stakeholders. Society can also initiate e-tenders at their own to get best suitable deal for their Redevelopment and finally society members can participate, analyze, and shortlist the developers through our industry-first e-voting process. Our end-to-end offline services comes with three variants Regular Development, Self-Development, and our uniquely featured Limited Self-Development.We understand that every startup is under moral obligation to generate employment opportunities, and this is where our startup is age ahead, as our business structure is not only capable of generating employment within organization, but it will also create new business avenues through our channel partners.
