Cenote Life Sciences Private Limited is a Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical startup incorporated in May 2024, established with the vision to manufacture high-quality Intravenous (IV) Fluids and related life-saving solutions in a state-of-the-art cGMP-compliant facility located at Miraspalle, Kothakota, Wanaparthy District, Telangana. The company aims to address the growing national and global demand for sterile IV fluids such as Ringer Lactate (RL), Dextrose Normal Saline (DNS), and Dextrose (D5, D10) solutions — essential for hydration therapy, surgery recovery, and emergency care. At present, most saline and IV fluid products used in South India are sourced from distant states like Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh, leading to high logistics costs and supply delays. Cenote Life Sciences seeks to localize and modernize IV fluid manufacturing in Telangana, providing faster, cost-efficient, and high-quality supply to hospitals across South India. The company’s promoters, led by Dr. Sudhakara Reddy Kotapati, a medical professional with over 15 years of experience in emergency medicine and healthcare entrepreneurship, bring deep domain expertise in patient care and healthcare management. The startup’s operations integrate advanced Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) automation, sterile clean-room facilities, and eco-efficient utilities to ensure product safety, process efficiency, and minimal human intervention.
