Chai Thela aims to provide every chai lover with a hygienic, home like, and yet affordable cup of chai. Chai Thela came into existence in 2015 and it has been our endeavour since day one to ensure that we provide healthy and homemade chai varieties to our patrons with consistency being the key. Our focus is on offering best quality, fresh and hygienic chai along with some snacks that goes well with Tea. Chai Thela's presence was soon recognised in the QSR market and it ascended to 3rd position in the list of top 10 Indian start-ups serving the needs of tea drinkers across the country in 2018 as surveyed by The Indian wire. Since, then Chai Thela has never looked back and has ever since grown in number of outlets and state boundaries within India. We can proudly boast of our presence across (7) states in India with outlet count of 24 as operational and many more in the pipeline. Our vision is to “To help people eat fresh and healthy and hence live better” and our Mission “To build India’s biggest “Chai” centric contemporary food and beverage retail chain in QSR category”.
